My apologies for the sound quality (I was in the wind when I recorded), typos, and editing.

It's not me that is concerned with your warning. It's the collective of black men that should question your warnings.

Let's try and break this down, again.

1) You're advising black men to get "on point" or "established" before getting into a long term relationship.

Rebuttal: Most black men who are in the pre-success years are dealing with women are more than likely in their pre-success years as well. However, the black men who are trying to make families without being established are "street guys". Multiple children by various women. The very same guys you keep trying to defend as quoted "educated guys need to aspire to be like the street guys so they can know how to sell themselves".

2) "Being established" before getting involved.

My rebuttal: For a lot of black men who are academically achieved, have built themselves up resume wise, and so forth, are still facing an uphill battle in today's job market as pointed out by (http://www.nytimes.com/2009/12/01/us/01race.html)
So, if black men are in fact facing the issue of getting established even after surpassing the prerequisites, at what point do these men start getting involved with women? Age 32? 35? 37? 40? What woman wants to bear children with a man who is 35 years old just reaching his pinnacle of success? It's bad enough black women aren't pursuing these black men in the first place (pre-success). To pursue them later(post-success) would be almost wasteful because of the time elapsed trying to established yourself.

3) What it takes to get with a black woman

My rebuttal: See, the difference between you kap and -us- (mhendeb and I) is, We're not looking for black woman's validation. You on the other hand are worried (or paranoid) that a black woman will see you in your pre-success and write you off as incompetent. We're not worried about her validation. Especially from the very black women who believe that Master P in his pre-success is no different than Marc L. Hill or Hill Harper in their pre-success era. I'm sorry, but when I hear things like that, I immediately see no reason for black men in their post-success to pursue black women exclusively.

4) Rebuilding the community with black relationships

My rebuttal: Black women are priding themselves on being "independent". Independent of what and who? Black men! So, it doesn't matter to them whether or not you're "on point" or off point or post-success or pre-success. If they are claiming to have their own beaches, then it doesn't matter to them. However, relationships are about interdependence. So, the fact they pride themselves on the opposite of what you're trying to do. How exactly do you rebuild a community with women who desire economic and social segregation of their male counterpart?

5: Interracial dating

My rebuttal: You've already admitted your prejudice for white women before. So, you're already bias. However, the point to black men interracially dating is because they need a woman that compliments their lifestyle. If you're a black man who has established himself, the last thing you want is a woman of your own race trying to challenge you because she has a chip on her shoulder that she can't let go. That becomes tiring. Non-black women weren't taught to be independent of their male counterpart. So, interracial dating & marriage starts to look like a viable option to black men as they reach new heights.

6: Gold diggers

My rebuttal: Of course you believe that not all bw are gold diggers. However, she prejudging you off your financial situation first and foremost. Whenever I hear a black woman mention the following: "I need a man who's on my level financially". Those are red flags. Here is why;

You have two black men:

a) Black men who got a settlement from an accident for $10k or more.

b) Black man who is in college probably working 9-5 at home depot in the dry wall section. Goes to school at night to finish his degree.

The problem with a lot of black women is the prejudgment that Black man from group B is somehow not worthy of socializing with or building a relationship with because of his current income and that Group A is a better match. Not realizing Group B's financial situation is temporary. The one dimensional mindset of black women is exactly what gets them labeled. However, a gold digger is exactly a woman who's only interest is in a man's resources. Not the man himself. She can't separate the character from the resources because she's incapable of doing so.

At the end of the day, most black men aren't gullible enough to weed out these types of women to "keep it black". If the only incentive behind it is to "keep it black", then you can forget about it.
