I wonder if the Moorish Science cats have gotten a hold of this. They (or so I believe) claim that blacks (or Moors as they say) are indigenous to America (and pretty much all over the world - not just Africa). I think this would lend some credence to their claims.
As far as that guy does, doesn't Indo-European also include the dark people of the Indian subcontinent? Just a thought.
