The reason that a lot of resistance comes when you do that is it shows to a young black man how irresponsible his mother bay be. When you are teaching them critical thinking skills and other areas of responsibility(including book keeping) ...a lot of times, the women resist and start shit because it makes her look bad.

Whether you have had time to learn about proper investments or not, if you get involved in a serious relationship BEFORE you learn it...you will NEED money because the relationship will DEMAND it!
