I had similar situations like that happen to me before. You can best damn bet ya I went over their head, I don't bother to deal with peoples bs especially when I'm trying to get some serious work done. If they're a colored I confront them first and call them out.
I always try to resolve problems face to face but like you said white people do not take responsibility for their actions. Talking to them is like talking to a wall made of sh*t bricks. Not only do they not listen but they're also full of sh*t.
I had to deal with a similar situation from some fat hogmog eating white woman in HR at my old job. Everyone in my company would have these information packets and tests we had to read and take. It was in the banking industry and most of it was about old regulations or new regulations being added.
Everything we got was assigned to us by employee name and number. This fat white woman hated my ass because I was "professional" about my work ethics and I guess she felt some of us should act like Stepinfetchit. She would go out her way to send my my packet late as hell sometimes only a few days before the turn in deadline.
With my bs job I barely had time to scratch my ass so there was never really a moment to work on stuff like that unless I bothered my supervisor to set up some time.Then she would contact my supervisor (even though there was no reason too) to let her know I didn't turn in or complete one of the registration tests she sent out (which was because she sent it to me late in the first place). She would do this type of bullfeces all the time. She screwed up though because no one at the job cared. I was cool with her supervisor me, My supervisor couldn't stand her, and most everyone in the company that mattered knew who I was and that I was onpoint with my sh*t. So really no one cared or cared to hear her sh*t when she tried to complain.
It got to a point when she would try to talk down to me or play those "look here negro" mind tricks and I treated that b*tch just as she was... like she was below me. Even though her position in the company was higher.
She used to make schedules for meetings and be anal with people if they showed up a little bit late (anal with the colored folks I mean). I being a professional man showed up 5-15 minutes early all the time. One day she was late comming back from lunch and she came in the room and I looked at my watch then at the clock and looked at her and said "Hello,welcome back!".
Since by that time we had all been waiting about 10 minutes for her lazy ass. Oh and I forgot to mention she would set meetings/Reg.training classes up on MY DAY OFF! All the damn time on purpose so I would beforced to come in. So understand I'm sitting in a room where I should be elsewhere and this b*tch is wasting my time.
One day on these fine meetings she would try to asks me about banking policies with dumbass/trick questions to try and make me look like a fool or humiliate me. All it did was backfire on her and make me look good infront of the higher ups because I knew my sh*t and was on top of it (that was another reason why most of the people of the comp knew about me because she always called me out to speak).
Finally one day I guess she had enough of me not playing the good field negro and tried to give me an "I'm your boss speech". This fat b*tch seriously thought I was going to stand infront of her and let her talk down to me because she felt intidated by me not kissing her ass and bowing to her.
I looked her in her fat face and told her "look, I'm not here for this nonsense, I came to this place to do my job and that's what I do". I told her that I didn't care if she thought she was "my boss" which she wasn't she was just a HR coordinator or the CEO of the company. I work for the clients and they are my top priority and not her. I told her if she felt she had a problem with me or took offense to her actions that's something she needs to deal with because it's a problem with her and she knew if she tried to make a complaint about me or even go to my supevisor that didn't want to hear her nonsense because they knew she was full of sh*t. She just had to take my words and that she did. She couldn't fire me because she didn't like me, she would have caught hell because I kept my corporate game 100!.
People were mad when I left that company but I had enough because I knew wit this fat b*tch in HR that didn't like me I wasn't going to get up on any job opportunities I actually qualified for. She would pretend to look at my sh*t and then give it to a white person less qualified than me.
So I understand where you're comming from Iceman. Yeah I could have went over this fat b*tches head, made a complaint with her supervisor, called up the vice president head supervisor or whomever the hell but I like mind f*cking white people. This woman wanted to feel like she was significant so she told her self she was and decided she could sh*t on a brother and I turned around and took that turd and stuffed it down her throat. I treated her like she wasn't sh*t, like I was her damn boss and that's how negroes need to act when these white folks try to give you that old "let me put this nigger in his place" bullsh*t.
Thank you also Covinaman.(I live in Southern Cali as well) I wish more of the people on this site would listen to the C.O.W.S. because I really feel that Gen-X.net would be an excellent resource to post some of the info provided by THE CONTEXT OF WHITE SUPREMACY. There are a great deal of people here wasting time on the so called GENDER/WARS and not focusing on the real problem....
