Just recently I was reading about domestic violence in general from my newest Sociology book and basically I found out exactly what Kidbrother posted about. The research studies I used were:

-(Michalski, 2005; M.P. Johnson, 1995
-(Acierno et al.,2010
Basically they confirmed exactly what Sarge talked about a while ago in one of his vids regarding Clutchmag and them trying to claim on-point black men beat their wives. Basically what the research found was that in the westernized world domesic violence is pretty much nothing like how it is protrayed in the media. The majority of dv is in households where the power dynamic is EQUAL! Sound familir? That is what black females are trying to promote! The very concept that they advocate for is condusive to dv!
Women are not biologically wired to be attracted to men who are on the same level as them or whom they exceed. When they are in a relationship whith those guys they wind up belittling the man and/or attacking his manhood, "If you were a real man..." The drugs and drinking usually come into play when that man tries to find an escape and medicate himself. In the research studies they refer to the "boiling point" when the man is not able to assert his manhood economically or academically (sound familiar?) he ends up having to assert his manhood by the only means possible; brute force.
In conclusion this basically confirms what mos tof the brothers on Gen-x have said in regards to black females. They are not relationship material. If black males were to just "suck it up" and get into relationships with black females, because of the lack of economic infrastructure and black female culture all it would do is cause dv in the black community to skyrocket.
Although I'm sure I can speak on behalf of all of us here that you sharing your own "personal" experiences with us was both informative and appreciated, please understand that you are *NOT* "Preaching to the Choir" in this forum.
We are now in the age of where "MEN" have grown tired of being the "sleeping giant" and have begun to rouse from their seemingly endless slumber and are now coming out "In Droves" sharing their/our own "experiences" with "Domestic Abuse" at the hands of our "FEMININE" counterparts!
We've grown tired of [western] women proclaiming "perpetual victimhood" while shoving "men" in front of the train and labelling them/us as *ONLY* "perpetrators" when all of the studies, stats & figures consistently confirm and re-affirm that "Domestic Violence/Abuse" is practically an "Equal Opportunity" crime by/against *BOTH* intimate partners in a relationship: that close to HALF of all DV is "MUTUALLY" engaged in, and that very often much of the "Man-on-Woman" DV is actually the result of the "female" partner "INSTIGATING" her male partner to react in a violent response!
These numbers/figures are additionally supported by the FBI/DOJ/BJS studies & reports. The reality of these numbers often gets covered over or diluted because of "HEAVILY *BIASED*" studies & reports such as the ones you yourself appealed to in this commentary, where in order to glaze over the "roughly-equal" partner-vs-partner violence/abuse in the "Industrialized" world, they incorporate so-called "3rd World" nations, "peasant" communities, and otherwise "underdeveloped" or ultra-rigid "hyper-Patriarchal" societies where women have few if any rights or privileges: thus resulting in the severely lopsided, "MEN are the main [or "only"] 'perpetrators', and WOMEN are mainly [or "always"] the hapless innocent 'victims'." But when we remove these "less-westernized" elements out of the equation we get a much more disturbing story of REALITY (which even the woman who is credited as being the "founder" of the "battered woman's shelter" movement freely attested to when she opened the 1st-ever "battered woman's shelter," who has received "death threats" from "WOMEN'S" groups and has even had her name "erased" from the history of the very shelter *SHE* opened & started, being relegated to the "Memory Hole" for no other reason than the fact that she exposed western women's "dirty little secret" about their own contributions which perpetuate the evils of "Domestic Violence/Abuse."
And as if that weren't enough cold bitter truth, you yourself reaffirmed, by relating to us your own story, the other sad shameful fact that the vast majority of "Child Abuse" is perpetrated by "MOTHERS"... whose severity only gets "amplified" the further detached she is or becomes from the "father" of her children.
So even though your life story is not to be discredited in any way, please do not allow your own personal experiences and a few (often deliberately) lopsided "stats" to lull you into a state of "false certainty" that "WOMEN" are the only "true" victims of Domestic Violence & Abuse... and "ONLY" at the hands of "MEN" (because the "DV" rates among "lesbian" intimate partnerships is also a very serious matter).
